rabbit+cocoon is an not-for-profit multi-arts hub providing artists and collectives with spaces and resources. We give creatives across all art-forms a platform to produce, showcase and market creative projects and independent businesses directly to the public. We support professional development avenues by hosting incubators, workshops and networking events, and by collaborating with other individuals and groups on special projects. r+c is an artist-run initiative operated on a voluntary basis by passionate Gold Coast artists. Our aims are to:
- Provide artists with affordable and creative spaces for arts-making and showcasing.
- Support creative projects through the provision of exhibition, retail and event spaces.
- Facilitate networking and collaborative platforms with artists and organisations to grow creative ideas and encourage career development.
- Provide a multi-arts hub for the general public to enjoy the artistic diversity of the Gold Coast.

The property holds fourteen warehouses, which have been animated into: Studio and creative workspace | Multi-use venue (for art shows, live music, workshops and luncheons) | Design and writing labs | Rehearsal and performance space | Retail space | Fashion incubator | Photographic studio | Administrative area | Film-screenings | Beauty studio
Studio spaces are subject to availability. If you are a creative who would like to be on the waiting list for spaces as they become available, please contact rabbitandcocoonATgmail.com. We also hire out our Event spaces for professional and creative events and functions. Floorplan, terms and conditions and fees vary depend on hire and suitability.
